- Counseled corporate executive on purported violations of securities laws, including Section 17(a) of the Securities Act, Section 10(b) of the Exchange Act and Rule 10b-5, stemming from disclosures related to a financing agreement.
- Reached favorable settlement in a defamation case brought on behalf of the Prime Minister of Caribbean nation.
- Obtained summary judgment on behalf of an investment firm in a dispute with a publicly-traded company regarding the breach of a convertible promissory note.
- Represented former partner of prominent design firm in arbitration proceedings against claims of breach of agreement prohibiting competition and solicitation of employees.
- Resolved a federal litigation against a commercial real estate broker involving the alleged non-payment of real estate commissions and unjust enrichment.
- Successfully petitioned the United States Patent and Trademark Office for the reversal of the denial of a trademark application filed on behalf of a Caribbean beer manufacturer.
- Represented a landlord in a dispute involving the purported breach of a rental agreement for real estate property in the Town of Southampton, New York.
